Maintenance Manager

Review job orders to determine work priorities and schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations. Directly supervise employees by interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, and addressing performance issues and complaints. Develop preventive maintenance programs in conjunction with engineering staff while inspecting operating machines for conformance with operational standards. Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations. Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports to plan and modify activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, five years of maintenance management experience, and proficiency in troubleshooting electric motors, hydraulic systems, and automated control units.
