Job Summary
Manage facility, stamping, and welding maintenance to ensure daily maximum production quantity and quality. Plan project timelines, develop preventive maintenance activities, and oversee contractor work while negotiating department contracts. Monitor processes for improvement, assess maintenance skill levels, and create training schedules for associates. Lead cost savings initiatives, develop the department business plan, and ensure ISO/TS/IATF certification compliance. Report monthly metrics to upper management and handle emergency equipment issues per escalation policy. Support customer complaint responses and participate in welding and stamping improvement meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BS) from an accredited University
- two years of related technical experience

- five years of equivalent combination of education and experience
