Job Summary
Lead preventive maintenance programs by translating breakdown events into structured schedules and defining maintenance standards and procedures. Ensure required spare parts inventory levels are met and initiate equipment modifications to enhance reliability. Manage operational excellence initiatives including TPM, Lean, and 6 Sigma projects to improve plant safety, quality, and organization performance. Translate financial processes and budgeting requirements into actionable maintenance plans while leading change management efforts across the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field
- 6 - 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering roles
- Min of 4 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of teams
- Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and quality as well
- Project management experience including leading a project
- Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes
- Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma
