Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations as Maintenance Director for Iris Memory Care of Edmond: oversee preventative maintenance, life-safety compliance, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical). Manage apartment make-readies, vendor relationships, and service contracts; coordinate inspections, safety drills, infection control practices, and emergency preparedness. Maintain a clean, safe environment for Residents and team members; respond to maintenance requests and support a positive, team-oriented culture. Requires hands-on, mechanically skilled approach, strong organizational and communication abilities, and flexibility for on-call responsibilities. Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, janitorial, or related work preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is a plus
