Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for repair and maintenance of equipment and plant facilities in a large commercial heat-treat environment. Duties include performing and overseeing mechanical, electrical, welding/fabrication, and hydraulics/pneumatics work, executing preventive maintenance per work orders, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The role requires high school diploma or GED, ability to operate fork trucks and aerial lifts, tool proficiency, and U.S. citizenship or residency; experience in heat treat, automotive, or aerospace is preferred but not required. Strong emphasis on learning trade skills, problem solving, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and effective communication with plant personnel.
