Job Summary
Maintenance Manager overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations. Responsible for supervising the maintenance staff, administering a preventive/predictive maintenance program (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual inspections), prioritizing and validating maintenance requests (QF810), monitoring stock of critical parts and scrap, keeping the MSDS book up to date, and coordinating with the maintenance director on special projects. Must enforce safety programs (lock out/tag out, confined space, hazard communication), read and utilize blueprints and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting, and oversee repairs. Requires knowledge in pipe fitting, welding, grinding, fabrication, and effective communication across duties; directs procurement of materials and manpower as needed and ensures records align with quality policy.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years in the maintenance field.
- A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
