Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for ensuring a safe, welcoming campus and readiness for ministry through hands-on facility care, preventive maintenance, timely repairs, CMMS management (assets, work orders, schedules), coordinating inspections and vendors, supporting weekend services/events, and supervising one part-time maintenance team member. The role also supports campus security procedures, fleet readiness, and overall operational excellence across the property.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of maintenance or facilities experience
- proven ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs in carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical troubleshooting, and general mechanical systems
- comfortable using a CMMS and Microsoft 365
- strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- clear communicator with a customer service mindset
- ability to work independently and with a team
- servant-hearted, teachable, and aligned with church mission
- preferred: CMMS implementation experience, vendor coordination, low-voltage/building systems familiarity, OSHA 10 or safety training, basic HVAC troubleshooting
