Job Summary
Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Lead a skilled team of technicians and contractors while supervising CMMS operations, asset data, and work order execution. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, Lean initiatives, and capital project support to reduce downtime and optimize OEE. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships to control costs and identify savings opportunities. Champion a zero-incident safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and environmental requirements, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions for recurring failures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree
- 5–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP, Maximo, Maintenance Connection, MP2, or similar)
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and planning activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
- SAP experience
- Experience with capital projects and equipment installations
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
- CMRP, Lean, Six Sigma, OSHA, or similar certifications
