Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility; oversee maintenance of all plant equipment including production machinery, refrigeration systems, HVAC, and utilities; drive reliability initiatives using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM); optimize maintenance planning and scheduling to reduce unplanned downtime and improve efficiency; manage parts inventory and critical spares; lead maintenance supervisors and technicians; ensure safety, GMP compliance, and regulatory requirements; implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs using ERP/CMMS; track KPIs such as Equipment Reliability and OEE; provide technical guidance and hands-on support for complex issues; maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- PLCs and controls systems
- Refrigeration systems
- Experience with maintenance systems (CMMS/ERP PM modules)
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
