Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility, overseeing maintenance of production machinery, refrigeration, HVAC and utilities; drive reliability using RCA and RCM; optimize maintenance planning and scheduling to reduce downtime; manage parts inventory and spares; coach and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians; ensure safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance; implement PM/PdM programs using ERP/CMMS; monitor KPIs such as OEE and downtime; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; document repairs and maintenance activities; report performance improvements to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and electrical systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- PLCs and controls systems
- Refrigeration systems
- Experience with maintenance systems (CMMS/ERP PM modules)
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
