Job Summary
Strategically plan for new equipment, upgrades, and repairs while directing maintenance employees to coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all operational machines. Oversee facilities buildings, grounds, and utility systems, driving policies to achieve greater than 95% up time for production equipment. Report on machine downtime, proactively minimize disruptions using data-driven insights, and resolve operational issues by conferring with management, production, and quality control personnel. Prepare department budgets and monitor expenditures. Monday through Friday schedule with potential extended hours based on demand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years related experience
- Strong communicator written and orally
- Strong leadership skills who can engage with all team members positively
