Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Develop and manage maintenance practices, procedures, and continuous improvement projects for equipment, processes, and facilities. Monitor key metrics, coordinate installations and refurbishments, and supervise the Maintenance/Automation team. Communicate maintenance activities with Plant Manager and senior staff, while training personnel and ensuring safe work practices for all contractors. Travel periodically between sites for training and assistance. Requires an engineering degree, five years of industrial maintenance experience, and technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, fluid power, and industrial controls. Adheres to Hutchinson's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in industrial maintenance or engineering
- Technical experience in mechanical systems
- Technical experience in electrical systems
- Technical experience in fluid power (pneumatic and hydraulic)
- Technical experience in industrial controls
- Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements
