Job Summary
Seeking a Maintenance Manager for a dairy facility in Cedarburg, WI to lead maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing.
- At least 3 years in a maintenance supervisory or lead role.
- Working knowledge of CMMS and MS Office applications (Excel required).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and change management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with rotary fillers, blow mold machines, pneumatics, and hydraulics preferred.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and HTST pasteurization is a plus.
- Union, safety, and workers' compensation experience preferred.
