Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the Maintenance organization at the Pernis site, overseeing maintenance execution, planning and scheduling, warehousing and discipline engineering; ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and emergency) and drive reliable plant operation, asset performance and cost control; establish and maintain maintenance processes, standards and procedures; manage maintenance execution within budgets and plans; drive continuous improvement of maintenance performance and asset reliability; develop a high-performing team, manage contractor relationships, and provide input for asset strategies and improvement initiatives; requires SAP experience, strong strategic and operational communication, and fluency in English and Dutch.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher as stated
- Minimum of 10 years relevant maintenance experience, preferably in an international environment
- Experience with maintenance systems (e.g. SAP)
- Strong communication skills at strategic and operational levels
- English and Dutch language skills, both written and verbal
- Proven people management experience and ability to lead a maintenance organization
- Ability to develop standards and procedures
- Ability to manage budgeting, planning, and contractor deployment
