Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager at H.B. Fuller leads the maintenance team at the Fridley site, driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement to enhance overall equipment effectiveness. Responsibilities include overseeing plant maintenance and capital activities, managing preventive maintenance strategies, budget control, and project management of site capital projects. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management, reliability, or capital project leadership
- Proven experience leading significant change within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and advanced problem-solving skills
- Effective coach, communicator, collaborator, and conflict resolver
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Process Safety Management experience
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (TQM, DMAIC, FMEA, Lean, 5S, Value Stream Mapping)
