Job Summary
Directs and oversees maintenance operations for manufacturing facilities and equipment at Graphic Packaging International. Responsibilities include directing and guiding a maintenance team, planning and prioritizing work orders, scheduling activities to minimize downtime, and ensuring Safe Quality Foods (SQF) compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience) with 5–7 years of maintenance experience and 3+ years of leadership experience. Requires strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; experience with preventive/predictive maintenance programs using CMMS; and ability to manage budgets and interact with internal and external stakeholders. The role may lead one or more sections or a small department, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to overall department objectives.
