Maintenance Manager

Plan, direct, and oversee maintenance operations across all assigned facilities, ensuring efficient repair and preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, grounds, and infrastructure. Lead and develop maintenance staff, establish departmental goals, and manage resources and budgets while coordinating vendor services and emergency repairs. Prioritize work orders, monitor service levels, and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and safety compliance. Maintain accurate asset records, manage inventory levels, and support capital improvement plans. Serve as a key partner to the Director of Facilities in maintaining organizational operational excellence.
