Job Summary
Lead the Maintenance Department to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and cost-effective operation by overseeing all maintenance activities and managing fixed and variable costs related to grinding media and lubricants. Ensure optimal resource use while supporting continuous improvement and safe work practices across all maintenance disciplines. This role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, 12 months of SAP and cement industry experience, and a minimum of three years as an engineer. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 12 months' experience in SAP
- 12 months' experience in cement industry
