Seeking a Maintenance Manager with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience. Responsible for overseeing repair and maintenance of equipment, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong mechanical and technical skills required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in a Maintenance Manager role
- Solid understanding of mechanical and technical work for repair and upkeep of stamping operations equipment
- Solid understanding of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical systems, and PLC Ladder Logic
- Background in Predictive Maintenance
- Ability to track and report on activity
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read PLC ladder logic, preferably Siemens or Allen Bradley
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
- Knowledge of three phase motor controls, AC/DC servo drives
- Solid hands-on MRP experience, preferably Plex
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational/leadership/supervisory skills
- Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision-making
