Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for leadership of maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing technical leadership in problem solving and project completion, and managing the capital expenditure, maintenance, and energy budgets. Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Requires ability to lead teams, handle multiple priorities and deadlines, and develop strategic plans for continuous improvement of business results. Knowledge in electrical/electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; experience with paper converting equipment is a plus. Salary range $85,000-$110,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Electrical, electronic(s), mechanical, pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair
- Paper converting equipment knowledge a plus
