Job Summary
Use the T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. Coordinate and supervise Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment, and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Promptly resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and communications while leading employee training and maintaining a safe work environment. Manage Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Haskell, TX rental facility.
Required Qualifications
- Industry knowledge (this can be in the rental industry or a related construction field)
- Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and be able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive, but thrive in a team oriented environment
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- High School diploma
- Trade school certificate
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Passing a 10 panel drug screen
- Passing a background check
