Job Summary
Manage equipment installations, new commissioning, and the preventative maintenance program using condition assessment tools. Conduct FMEAs and root cause failure analysis investigations while overseeing daily functions including project planning, repairs, and tool fabrication. Implement and manage the site CMMS, coordinate electrical and machining requirements, and select local vendors for third-party support. Partner with plant departments to ensure safe and efficient machinery operation. Requires 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance with 5+ years leading teams. Bachelor's degree preferred; electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic skills ideal.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in site Maintenance in a manufacturing operation
- 5+ years of Leadership and Management of teams
