Job Summary
Maintenance Manager leading the onsite maintenance team for apartment communities in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic. Responsibilities include directing, scheduling, and performing maintenance activities across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and finish work; supervising and mentoring maintenance staff; assigning and monitoring workload; inspecting units and coordinating make-ready; handling service requests and preventative maintenance documentation in property management software; coordinating with vendors; and supporting grounds keeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, and notices while delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Multi-Family Property Management experience
- Supervisory experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
- Demonstrated Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Proven track record of success in a performance-driven environment
