Maintenance Manager

Lead and manage all maintenance activities and personnel across the wood pellet manufacturing facility, developing strategies focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency. Oversee departmental budgets, small capital projects, and CMMS systems for work orders and inventory while championing safety culture and regulatory compliance. Partner with Operations and Reliability teams to minimize downtime, implement Lean, Six Sigma, and RCM best practices, and coach a team of up to 20 professionals toward continuous improvement. Identify operational risks and ensure procedures remain current to drive productivity while maintaining quality and environmental standards.
