Maintenance Manager (Direct Hire)

Direct and manage daily technician activities across multiple shifts while collaborating with operations to track equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement teams to drive operational efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance labor and material utilization. Develop training programs to boost work performance and participate in budgeting for capital projects. Requires PLC knowledge and experience with welders and robots.
