Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for hands-on leadership and the upkeep, safety, and functionality of eight facilities and vehicles. Oversees daily maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances), conducts inspections, ensures health, safety, and code compliance, and supervises maintenance staff. Coordinates with vendors, sources and contracts third-party services, and manages preventive maintenance, records, and warranties. Plans and manages facility upgrades and renovations with budgets and timelines. Manages fleet maintenance and compliance, and ensures safe operations for staff and youth. Requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, ability to lead a team while performing complex repairs, OSHA/ADA knowledge, and a valid Texas driver’s license; travel between sites and occasional on-call work are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
