Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and uptime in a manufacturing plant; develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs; lead RCA and 8D to prevent recurrence; manage calibration systems, spare parts, and maintenance documentation; support capital planning and plant transfers/new program launches; ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001; collaborate with Engineering on equipment validation and process requirements; drive continuous improvement for reliability, efficiency, and cost; travel up to 20% across North America; work in a manufacturing plant + office with bilingual English/Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5–8+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with maintenance systems (preventive, predictive, corrective)
- Knowledge of equipment reliability and performance metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
- Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and plant transfers
- Strong problem-solving skills (RCA, 8D, Six Sigma methodologies)
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
