Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Maintenance Department with a focus on mechanical, reliability, and electrical maintenance, engineering, projects, and plant services. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to maintenance staff; align maintenance plans to KPIs and market demand; manage budgets; drive continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance resources and overall equipment effectiveness; perform analysis, prepare reports, and maintain department records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of management experience in building materials or construction materials industry
- SAP experience strongly desired
- Travel Requirements: Some travel required
