Job Summary
Lead and manage the maintenance organization to drive high performance across mechanical, electrical, reliability, and plant services; provide strategic and technical leadership, oversee budget and resource planning, develop and coach maintenance staff, and align maintenance plans with KPI targets and market demand; analyze performance, drive continuous improvement, optimize equipment effectiveness at sustainable maintenance cost, and ensure accurate records and reporting to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of management experience in the building materials or construction materials industry
- Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering
- SAP experience strongly desired
- Some travel required
- Demonstrate a commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental policies; promote a culture of safety
