Seeking Maintenance Manager for residential rental community to oversee building operations, manage staff, ensure compliance and resident satisfaction, with a focus on leadership and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years in maintenance and staff management
- Required licenses and certificates (Certificate of fitness S12, S-13, S-95, P-99, EPA 608 Universal)
- Proficiency in navigating computers and property management software
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs, positioning oneself in small spaces, and lifting/moving heavy objects
