Job Summary
Oversee general maintenance, servicing, and repair operations to ensure the residence, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and grounds remain in proper condition. Build memorable relationships while ensuring resident repair needs are serviced timely and upkeeping the residence through preventative maintenance. Collaboratively ensure the smooth operation of the residence to maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role supports Chartwell's mission of making people's lives better by creating a home-like atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for.
Required Qualifications
- Related maintenance experience
