Job Summary
Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all machines, equipment, buildings, and grounds while scheduling repairs to ensure continuous production. Direct maintenance activities on utility systems and coordinate worker efforts to fabricate or modify equipment for new products or operational improvements. Enforce safety rules, quality system procedures, and attendance policies across subordinates while reviewing production and maintenance reports to modify activities and minimize operating costs. Requisition tools and supplies, direct worker training, and collaborate with engineering and quality control to resolve maintenance problems and implement new methods that improve operations and equipment utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- four to ten years related experience and/or training
- Expertise in hydraulics
- Expertise in electronics
- Expertise in tooling
- Expertise in automotive repair
- building management system knowledge
- familiar with standard maintenance metrics such as MTBF and OEE
- Mold Flow SPC Data
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new software as needed
- Work Order software
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
