Job Summary
Oversee maintenance programs for plant operations, developing budgets and implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to minimize costs and maximize productivity and safety. Lead safety compliance with OSHA and MSHA; train, coach, and motivate maintenance teams; manage CAPEX and inventory; coordinate with operations to achieve optimum efficiency and outag e readiness; supervise, resolve grievances within the collective bargaining framework, and ensure regulatory adherence and proper use of safety equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 years of experience performing varied responsibilities related to plant production and maintenance, equipment maintenance, detecting and resolving production problems and plant safety
- 5 years in a supervisory role
- Working knowledge of OSHA/MSHA regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in Windows environment and MS Office
