Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager responsible for Health and Safety leadership, hazard assessment, and risk control implementation; leads maintenance planning (PM/RM), manages spare parts inventory, and ensures regulatory, safety, and food safety compliance. Provides technical guidance on engineering hazards, oversees the PTW system for contractor work, coaches and develops the maintenance team, coordinates with winery and cellar teams, monitors SCADA and equipment alarms, and supports after-hours operations during harvest. Manages CMMS for planning and reporting, oversees contractor/supplier relationships, budgets, and capital projects, and ensures SOPs, quality audits, and documentation are maintained for a winery operation in Blenheim, NZ.
