Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager at CASA NEOS is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant's infrastructure, leading a team to ensure safety and comfort, compliance with standards, and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven experience with building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, life safety)
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for emergency calls
- Flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
