Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Maintenance Manager position leading the plant maintenance team at the Mason City, IA facility. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and/or replacing plant equipment and systems; ensuring safety, loss prevention, and compliance; supervising maintenance staff; managing work orders and projects; coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime; supporting TPM and OEE initiatives; planning preventive maintenance programs; analyzing maintenance costs; coordinating outside inspections and contractors; and contributing to a safe, efficient manufacturing operation.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School diploma required
- Advanced degree or certification in Industrial Mechanics, Engineering, or related field would be a plus
- 5-10 years’ experience in a maintenance management role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using a work order system (e.g., Thrive)
- Analytical and collaborative skills; strong written and verbal communication
- Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- CMMS experience; ability to multi-task and manage PM schedules
