Job Summary
Lead all maintenance activities including preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for equipment, machinery, and the facility. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance team members while developing and managing budgets to track expenses and order parts. Enforce safety protocols, ensure adherence to health and legal regulations, and maintain accurate logs. Design specialty maintenance projects and read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Conduct yourself professionally with co-workers and vendors. Full-time role in Easton, PA with competitive benefits including profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance
- Ability to operate and use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting and safety practices including 3 phase
- Read, write and understand standard and metric measurement units
- Proficiency with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and diagrams
- Knowledge in fabrication, welding and basic machining skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Management experience a plus
- Effective problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer software, including Windows, Word and Excel
