Maintenance Manager - Cadillac Area

Oversee and direct all maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment while developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Manage departmental budgets, control expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for maintenance operations. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and skill development. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards within the maintenance department. Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities and support manufacturing goals. Implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
