Job Summary
Oversee and maintain an effective fleet maintenance program to ensure vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently. Provide daily guidance to on-site technicians for maintenance, service, diagnosing, and major repairs while managing monthly PM compliance across multiple yards. Plan team workloads based on preventative tasks, maintain parts inventory, and track work order data. Review DVIRs, distribute defects, and ensure all safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are enforced. Monitor maintenance workflows to ensure timely completion and administer preventative programs. Report incidents, spills, and defects to leadership as required.
Required Qualifications

- Valid California Driver's license
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a fleet repair facility
- Experience managing heavy duty Mechanics
- Thorough knowledge of HD engines
- Thorough knowledge of transmissions
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification for alternative fuels
