Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, manage a team, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure safety and operational efficiency within the facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in maintenance management (e.g., CMM, FMP)
- Experience with energy management and sustainability practices
- Knowledge of building automation systems and energy-saving technologies
