Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Manage the Facilities Department to support facility safety, capacity assurance, production growth, quality assurance, and process equipment maintenance. Develop and implement methods to improve utilities and production efficiencies while ensuring new installations meet USDA requirements. Administer the capital and expense budget and reduce production downtime through predictive and preventive maintenance systems. Ensure all associates adhere to HAACP, SQF, GMP, and SOP policies while supporting personal development and training needs. Support the Senior Facilities Manager in assigned projects and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Five (5) to seven (7) years maintenance or utility management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Oracle EAM or other computerized maintenance management systems
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information on a technical level
- Ability to effectively present information and communicate with all levels of management
- Good analytical and logical problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Reliability Leader (CRL)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Food manufacturing experience
- Contractor management experience
- RCA, A3, 5Why or similar problem solving experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Process Safety Management training or knowledge of PSM
- Maintenance management experience in the meat industry
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
