Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and asset improvement activities at the Memphis plant, including leading a team of mechanical and electrical technicians. This role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, maintaining quality control standards, managing the maintenance budget, ensuring safety and compliance, enhancing team development, and implementing innovation and continuous improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a strategic orientation for future readiness, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative partnership approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering or a related field (highly recommended).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and control systems and Project Management.
