Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for leading maintenance teams across Arizona facilities, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, and guiding facility projects to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations. Acts as primary liaison for internal maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Performs hands-on maintenance as needed (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), conducts regular inspections, ensures OSHA and workplace safety standards, and supports emergency repairs and after-hours needs. Responsible for hiring/onboarding, training, performance management, maintaining maintenance logs and work orders, managing inventories, reviewing purchases, and contributing to annual maintenance budgeting and planning. Travel between facilities is required. Strong leadership, construction/repair knowledge, ability to troubleshoot multiple issues simultaneously, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of maintenance leadership, facilities management, or related experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree, trade certification, or related technical education preferred
- Valid Arizona Driver's License required
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus
