Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for supervising the maintenance department in a Fort Worth plant, planning and coordinating 24/7 maintenance activities, overseeing cost and budgeting, implementing safety procedures, managing procurement and records, developing a Preventative Maintenance Program, and performing root cause analysis (FMEA) to improve equipment reliability and production quality. Must have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent maintenance experience) and at least 7 years in manufacturing, with strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent maintenance experience
- Minimum 7 years related work experience in manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various situations
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to prepare presentations for safety meetings and trainings
