Job Summary
Lead plant maintenance department to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with corporate goals. Drive proper resourcing of manufacturing/facility systems, direct maintenance leaders and hourly staff to meet safety, quality, cost, and customer service objectives, and provide technical support for troubleshooting to maximize uptime. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage department costs within budget, maintain inventory for standard parts, and uphold GMP and environmental/safety standards. Collaborate with HR and Finance on people development and budget execution, initiate cost-saving measures, and ensure all regulatory and quality requirements are met. Role requires flexibility (including night/weekend hours) and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, and strong diagnostic abilities are preferred, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe, professional work environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- A minimum of 3 years Supervisory / Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management or equivalent field of study OR equivalent highly preferred
