Maintenance Manager

Manage and lead a team of mechanical and electrical personnel in the execution of safe and effective maintenance procedures for hydraulic and electrical equipment manufacturing blow-molded bottles and containers. Oversee a maintenance program incorporating preventative and routine activities to minimize machine downtime, while leading staff in repairs, rebuilds, and troubleshooting to ensure work is completed safely and documented accurately. Establish goals and objectives aligned with plant and business targets, ensuring equipment meets production schedules and quality standards. Develop and maintain parts inventory systems, evaluate employee performance for training needs, and drive improvements through training programs, capital projects, and corrective action plans. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required.
