Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of mechanical and electrical personnel in the execution of safe and effective maintenance procedures for hydraulic and electrical equipment manufacturing blow-molded bottles. Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime, while troubleshooting equipment problems and devising corrective action plans. Lead staff in repairs, rebuilds, and training, ensuring work is safely documented and aligned with production schedules. Control spare parts inventory and drive improvements through capital projects and productivity initiatives. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a plant wide Maintenance Manager
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering discipline
- Injection molding or foaming experience
- PLC experience
