Job Summary
Manage all aspects of Capital Expenditure for the Riverside Lid Plant, including budgeting, deployment, tracking, and technical/financial policy compliance. Lead facility efforts for energy, fluids, and wastewater cost reduction while overseeing automation strategy and building maintenance execution. Ensure compliance with federally regulated wastewater systems and safety, environmental, and building codes. Accountable for Operations Department Financials, maintenance KPIs, GOPs, and long-term equipment uptime. Oversee spare part inventory and coach, develop, and manage the Operations team's performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Masters preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of lid manufacturing process
- Demonstrated ability to develop a diverse group of employees for future opportunities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, business acumen, financial and technical/problem solving skills
