Job Summary
Maintenance Manager role overseeing a 24/7 manufacturing facility, leading maintenance operations, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, providing technical leadership across mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic/automation systems, driving continuous improvement to reduce downtime and cost, performing root cause analysis, supervising and developing maintenance personnel, managing CMMS with work orders and asset history, tracking KPIs (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance), coordinating with production/engineering/Q/or plant leadership, overseeing budgets, spare parts, contractors, and capital projects, supporting new equipment installations and process improvements, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related technical field
- 5-7+ years maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading maintenance operations in a high-volume, continuous-process, or 24/7 manufacturing facility
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and industrial automation systems
- Proven ability to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience utilizing CMMS systems to manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset history, inventory, and reporting
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, contractors, and spare parts inventory
- Familiarity with maintenance KPIs including OEE, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and PM compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and plant leadership teams
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to critical equipment issues as needed
