Job Summary
Lead and manage daily maintenance operations for our food manufacturing facilities, supervising technicians and assigning work based on production needs. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment to minimize downtime while managing preventive maintenance programs and vendor coordination. Establish safety expectations and hold the team accountable for compliance with OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards. Partner with Production, FSQA, and Operations to ensure seamless execution. This role requires flexibility to support both shifts and weekends, with regular onsite hours primarily during the 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexibility to support and manage both shifts and weekends as needed
- Regular onsite hours will primarily be during 1st shift
- Proven experience leading and developing a maintenance team
- Strong people-management, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong industrial equipment troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
